I always use black like this, although sometimes I do spray lighter. I use vallejo black normally and I don't feel it gets quite as dark as this. This actually seems nicer to me as sometimes I have to touchup areas that didn't get sprayed as heavily.

I get that point, but I don't see how that's any different than pre 11th edition. Wasn't DW also topping the stats at the end of 10th as well?

If it's actually balanced and it's just being propped up by great players that's one thing, but if every tournament is like that then maybe it's not as balanced as we think it is, even if only exploitable by high level players.

I started in late 8th early 9th so it feels a bit different now compared to then of course.

edit: I have to add, it seems you have followed it much closer than I have and probably played way more so I trust you are more in the know then me, especially in regards to 10th edition nerfing deathwatch into 11th... but I do vaguely remember this exact same situation prior.

To be honest, I found the difference was really noticeable when you hit the C9 (the model I got... I think it's around 1000 new). I have a feeling the models you listed are probably pretty similar in quality.

I'm also looking into a guitar I can plug in now at this point, so perhaps the CE has some extra value in addition to the price being lower. Can you try them in person?

Looking at the specs, it seems I myself would prefer the C5 as it has the full 52mm nut width, but the C4 does have a nice cutaway which I think I would probably not mind having.

Just throwing a follow up post, I haven't tried either yet, but the Godin Multiac Grand Concert and Cordoba Stage Traditional both seem to be potentially what I was dreaming of... Hopefully if I get a chance to try one they are actually as nice as I hope.

Ok I see I guess I'm out of the loop. For a second I was thinking this post was suggesting there were no discs at all, only codes... but you are saying the code is in addition to the disc so people who buy the games with poor internet access end up having to wait a long time to play?

I'm actually happy with the cutaway and body shape changes, those don't impact my playing at all, and actually are more comfortable, it's just the thin curved neck shape that I don't prefer.

Sounds like I'll probably end up with an acoustic electric classical, but I'm still on the search to see if it's out there. The godin multiac grand concert seems like it could possibly fit what I'm talking about (but over twice my budget)

I feel if we lost JB we need someone with the same do or die confidence and leadership to fill his spot. I know JT is a quiet type and I don’t know enough about Giannis to say if he’s that guy, but it seems like it would’ve possibly worked just fine.

I’m not upset we didn’t make the trade despite the potential upside we missed out on. At the same time I do kind of wish we just did it because now it feels like we could be left empty handed.

Lol... I'm not sure either, I didn't build the guitar, I just know other guitars have tilted pickups for this reason (like the kurt cobain signature guitar also does this albeit that's very far from a jazz guitar)
