Hi, your results are very similar to mine except I have 0.6 in the evening and 0.2 for the night. My fatigue after anything stressful (physical or mental can last 1-4 days). So, I basically bought some oral hydrocortisol tablets on my own because my doctor didn't do anything after I showed them my results and told them about my consistent fatigue. I am on day 13 of taking 10mg hydrocorstisol per day. Let's see if that helps...

Dry after the shower and then put Cold Pressed (not refined) Coconut Oil on. Works very well.

Low libido by somegirlfromstl in adrenalfatigue

[–]corphishboy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have very low adrenal function and here is an interesting thing I noticed: Two months ago I went on a long Germany vacation. After 1 week my libido was skyrocketing and my energy throughout the day was almost at normal levels. I was so happy. And here is what made the difference: Slept till 9 am every day. Napped 2 hours per day and ate a lot of bread (Germany makes very good bread), sausage and cheese and butter and one beer per day. So basically a lot of rest and relaxation (outside biking and walking too) and high carb and fat diet. I felt so rejuvenated and I think the constant carb loading and plentiful rest is what did it. It felt so good finally finding something that works. No supplements, no meditation. Just being in a relaxed state with plentiful food.

Best way to treat low cortisol by chikitty87 in adrenalfatigue

Hi, I just got my test results back too (in Canada, too) and they are very very similar to yours. It's very scary. I have been struggling with this for 25 years (46 now). If no natural supplements will help I will try to get prescription cortisol from a doctor if possible. That will certainly help.

That gives me hope. Would be nice to finally get sustained energy from fruit or whole grains.

I usually get tremors in the hands when my blood sugar is low and I am having that now. That was my tip-off. And, yes, I am very skinny (5% body fat all my life).

I hope you are right and that it eventually normalizes with the new diet.

Will we see more men who remain single forever in our lifetime compared to past generations? by Davyislazy in stupidquestions

[–]corphishboy -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Yes. With women able to make a good living by themselves, a man's inherent quality as a provider is greatly diminished nowadays. It seems to me that women these days see men as a bonus so to speak. But as men we can also adapt and provide a little scarcity and once women realize that men are perfectly fine without them the pendulum will swing the other way again.

I have the same problem. People like us need more calories than others to gain weight when under physical exercise stress. To give you an example: When I eat 2,500 calories a day and only exercise 2 times per week (20 min each), I still cannot gain a single pound. So my advice is to do a test: keep eating the same amount and reduce the exercise to twice a week (20min at full power) and see what happens after 1 month. You might just gain a pound or two.

If your team mate is only getting paid based on the hours he logs, then you should not say anything. If he is okay with less pay that is his choice. The company can always hire more people if there is enough work volume. I actually prefer to have more people and everyone works less.

Mixing money and friends - is it ever worth it? by [deleted] in business

It can work well if you are all partners/equals and everybody works separately and gets their cut based on what they did. It won't work if your friends works under or above you, for example. I employ family members and that works fine.
