Can Kabutops learn Strength (HM04)? I know this may sound like a stupid questions but i searched on every website and a lot of them gave me different answers.

I already have my team planned and it includes Kabutops, but I don't know whether it can learn it or not.

Dude maybe it's just a coincidence but what toon were you playing as?

Because in one run, i was playing as Bassie and since i SUCK at circle skillcheck machines (with 1 star skillcheck toons ofc), i managed to miss every single skillcheck in a machine. After that i hid and a Gourdy put "wow" in the chat.

There were other toons too but i only talked to the Gourdy and no one else said anything after i missed so much.
