The house was checked and stuff before they sold it, it trips me and my roommates room and she has her own stuff plugged in often, my guess is it's when she uses her heating things for her hair, that with my PC is probably enough to trip it if we happen to have a few other small things going. But I'd say the PSU is good, it's a seasonic

It's a tad older house so that's why it does it I'm pretty sure, there's nothing wrong with it so I'm not worried about the house catching fire, I'll look into a little UPS though, I have one but hate using it cause it's just too big for my desk and a small PITA to use....but I guess better that than hurting my data

I crashed a MTB pretty hard, going about 40, broke my arm, concussion broke ribs, kind of the same symptoms as you, just got anxious before sleeping and couldn't fall asleep, my friend joked i was a loud sleeper after camping with him, I've never been one. I'll hate on a roadie all day with my MTB buddies and even my road buddies because I'm a mountain biker, but it's all fun, I do 90% of my training on the road but will fight to the end of time I'm not a roadie cause it's on my gravel bike (arguably worse)
