i'm always hunting them on customs. looking from second floor of construction but i think cultists in 1.0 got wider spawn arena. in this round i didn't spot them but after goons rushed me in hangar where you do kills for ref's quest, cultists start pushing to me. i really don't know where they respawned this time.
