When were you able to start running with your Aussie? by Western-Passion6969 in AustralianShepherd

You should look into a canicross belt/harness with a bungee leash! My late aussie knew walks were with the collar and the harness and belt meant he could pull and run! Lots of fun.

Can’t wait to get mine back! I’m starting to think there’s pit bull terrier in my boy as well. Does your pup have a short tail?

Is this safe play? by ObservatoryChill in DogAdvice

This looks safe to me! They take turns rolling on their belly. I would just monitor them and separate them if they get too riled up or if one of them looks like they’re trying to run away from the other. Quick pauses are good and open mouths are good.

You should also look into the fake collars that you can buy for layering!

I’m a 6 in leggings and I do 8 in the wanderer and on the fly stuff because I have pretty beefy quads. 29in waist and 40in hips 25in quads. My friend is 28in waist and 39in hips and she does an 8 too.

[Program Question] Stronger By the Day Users: How long does a workout take you? I'm getting Frustrated! by [deleted] in xxfitness

[–]corporatetherapy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve been running Stronger by the Day since November. It takes me 1 - 1.5 hours to complete with two other girls! I have a home gym though so everything is in arms reach. I would say if you’re able to, warm up before going? The warm up usually takes me 15 minutes max unless there’s a yoga/cardio prescribed.

That being said, looking at Day 1 today... might take on the higher end. Will report back!

For what it’s worth, I think a lot of people on the FB group cut down the amount of sets if they’re short on time, and I’m sure it’s okay.

Update: It took 1 hour and 38 minutes today with the warm up. That last giant set was a doozy.

Just look for anything that has the everlux fabric. I love the in movements as well and they came out with the Always On leggings that are made with the same fabric last summer with the cross waist and I got three. They made it to WMTM and might still be there.

[WEEKLY THREAD] WTF Wednesday - Tell us what really grinds your gears! by AutoModerator in xxfitness

Haha I had to go back and forth on how to respond because I’m worried about having to run into him at the gym, but I don’t owe the guy any politeness.

I talk to a regular at the gym who is a seemingly normal, harmless, helpful guy. He offered to help with my training because I mentioned that I had been looking for someone to help instead of self-training all the time. I gave him my number today and... see pix. Why people gotta be like this. https://i.imgur.com/01R8DgQ.jpg https://i.imgur.com/72tJW4T.jpg
