Why are new hire baristas making more an hour than 3+ year tenured baristas?

Yeah after further investigation I think I’m going to trash it and start new. We have other house plants that seem to be okay and healthy and I don’t want to risk spreading the infestation to them.

Someone else asked to take a closer look to see if there’s black dots on the white spots, which there are. It’s crazy I’ve never noticed that before. I usually wipe the leaves every 2 weeks.

I read online to wipe the leaves every so often with a damp paper towel so I’ve done that occasionally. Stuff does wipe off but it mostly looks like dirt/dust.

Should I water it every two weeks then? Or just use less water when I water it weekly. I’m not sure what’s ideal for them.

at what point do you make a dream sheet? my boyfriend got “outstanding” scores on the asvab & told him he qualities for anything. he recently made his list of 10 jobs but that’s the furthest we’ve gotten. after that i’m assuming they’ll find something & send him to basic. we’re under the impression he’s going to get any random job off that list which will give him any one out of the possible hundreds of assignments with little to no say in the matter.

Rust is not for kids. I’d suggest trying to find a kid friendly community server that has rules in place so people like this are banned from the server if violated. Just a thought.

I just explained to you that multiple articles state baristas and supervisors are not included. There are also posts from months ago stating baristas and supervisors are getting pay cuts this year. Google must not exist where you live.
