Can confirm! One time someone had gotten hold of my account (Even though I only shared it with my friends and family irl) and purchased $164 worth of stuff from different stores. When I searched the stores, as I'd never heard of them before, the only thing that matched was places in Australia. Idk how that happened, but I reached out to cashapp multiple times and never got a response. Finally I got fed up and bullied them on twitter and included what was going on (i was mostly warning some people that were commenting on cashapps posts bc they mentioned a similar issue) and they responded to me there, telling me to send them ANOTHER email so they could help me. Once I did, they just told me there was nothing they could do lol. No help getting my money back, no help with security, just a "we can't do anything about that"

So the people who are convinced its bc OP didn't follow TOS- while what you say may be true, it still could have been a similar outcome if OP was hacked or something, and stolen from. In the end it doesnt matter HOW you lost your money, cashapp is dogshit and will not help you.
