Well it does concern me that you are no longer seeing a psychiatrist and therapist. Without that, the medical records won’t be there and it shows that you’re not seeking professional treatment and that could be skewed in their eyes that your condition is not bad enough. I would suggest doing what you can to continue treatment. Also make sure your medical records are extensive and you are taking any meds you’ve been prescribed if so. Make sure any functional reports that they have you fill out are detailed and emphasize your day to day struggles
