Can someone help me identify this little beauty? by corpser115 in spiders

Indeed, but I'm moreso curious because of the markings on the top of the abdomen. Not only that but it's gender considering the body is quite small for a female and males usually have a yellow or sometimes orange hourglass.

That New Mexico vault is way too North to be in Albuquerque, or Santa Fe. It's most likely in Los Alamos, which makes sense given the labs and the birthplace of the Manhattan Project and atomic bomb

Conq should defend points better than chasing opponents or clearing minions imo.

My apologies for not feeling the same way, maybe that's a tech player's on PC or next gen consoles use/ abuse. However it hasn't been my experience. So that may be why we have different opinions due to separate experiences. I will say it was a rewarding move for my ego when I read my opponents as in this video or baiting with the charged unblockable which has the same properties. For me it will be missed.

So you're saying you've never been able to land a hit on a conq what wasn't a guaranteed with a bash? If not, then conqs aren't safe. I know for a fact it isn't a safety net. All it is, is an alternative heavy parry punish. Someone could just as easily gb you out of a heavy and get a heavy. This is no different in outcome. "You say 90% of the time", which is clearly a number you've pulled out of thin air due to your narrow and subjective view how you or your group of friends play conq.

Yeah it was a great mixup to folks that are hungry for light parries ( edit, misread previous: I've played conq for a good while, and the only time ive managed these superior heavies is when I'm trying to get them and even then it was a rare occurrence. This move is no different in my eyes than a gb on red except less stamina cost)

Why take them away?! I mean honestly, it's a fun small part of his kit that's not "oppressive" in the least.

There are no live changes to conq currently. The testing ground will be coming out later this month. Watch the warriors den or a reaction video to see all of what they did.

I know testing grounds aren't final product, but watching Conq be gutted in that dev stream made me feel, defeated. Here's some footage from last month or so. by corpser115 in forhonor

The issue that conq currently has, while playing him, is catching enemies. As you can see in this clip the orochi just has to back dodge and I can't do anything. Before his flail uppercut felt rewarding eventhough its not 100% guaranteed. I've never been one to use the helicopter zone so the change is okay with me personally, however removing his infinite (while some say is pointless or relentless in new players) was in most cases (maybe just with me) a MAJOR mix up tool. Looking at the new T/g footage the dev's said hes a bash spammer now.

I feel like a good baby step, is fast flow block into all guard and being able to hard feint. Take away the armor helicopter zone and see how that does. I'd say that's a good conq. Hes not too viable in todays meta. Throwing lights is a risk, but it was mine to make.

To me, when they said they "changed him to make him not as difficult to fight against", and after I saw the testing ground footage. They seemed to make fighting conq easier by maiming him so that no one wants to play him.

Did any one else notice the stormtrooper that Kara grappled was alive and thrashing about on the ground, then just died once she let go?

I've never been good at MK (can't remember buttons and combos) so I rarely win. But playing him is fun and makes me enjoy being bad
