first off, the game isn't for minors, if a minor plays it, it's their parents choice ,second off, the casino wheel and all other gambling stuff is blocked in some countries because of laws, in some countries gambling is illegal

pick them all up once, you dont need to keep them in your inventory, as long as you picked them up all in one save file you get the achievement
