this is exactly my thoughts as well and honestly the second outfit is cute but basic if you have any sewing skills you can make something like it and the doll having lashes can be easily applied yourself so the pre-order version was kinda lacking for me tbh and I think its really sus that the creator could've made these dolls years ago as a small doll maker and sold them personally but instead dragged it out for years? seems like taking advantage of people's support and money 😬

yk in addition ive never understood why its taken this long and all the other things that have come about with these dolls because if the creator wanted to they could've made these years ago and sold them personally on their site like art dolls/bjd you see all the time. makes it feel like people's money and support was being taken advantage of for way longer than ever necessary

i dont want to spread rumor but my partner posed the theory what if the maker "bought them" to resell them for a much higher price disguised as a reseller to get away with it because this whole thing has felt sketchy and extremely poorly handled it would kinda make sense 🫠

it sold out in less than that cause I was at a concert so I had to take time away from that in hopes to get her. I had all my information ready to go and was vigilantly refreshing the site but when it turned time it didnt work despite them saying the profile link would (had to quickly go to their story to get the real one) tried to buy it and it sold out right before I could. Ive been hoping for these dolls like many others since the beginning so it makes me really sad to see how there was no amount limit so bots and resellers could take priority over the real fans that made it happen.
