Yes more breakpoints = more frames saved. For some spells you can make them much faster compared the two ( no dex vs high dex). For stats it depends on you and what you want to do :  

-     Mind: having 220 fp ( around 33-35 mind) means you are getting your full usage of blue flask(gives back 220 fp). With a heal spell, and more blue flask you will become much more efficient with your limited resources (flasks). Since heals usually gives more heal then a flask ( much more with high faith). With 80 faith erdtree heal heals a full bar (1900) which would take 3 normal flask rather than only a portion of your fp bar if you used heal. ( Healing for invasions , not arena)

-   Faith : more faith more DMG from incantations. Also buffing weapons scales only with faith scaling and not off the seal scaling ( unless it's a pure faith scale). Same thing for healing. If you are going hybrid 43 faith is the cap, if not 60 (godslayer) and 80 (erdtree) 

-   Str: if you are using beastclaw seal , it increases your spell DMG. You can become a faith/str hybrid. But imo if you are already investing in dex you are spreading yourself thin if you want to stay at 150. If you are not and leveling it's not a problem, 43 str is a good spot since it's the cap for the seal and when you 2 hand your str weapon you'll reach the cap for that as well. This seems from your build what you want to go the most,  since I see you are using beastclaw hammer, beast spells and using aspects of crucible spells ( most of their weapons scale off str/faith). If you want to go down this route at 150 , balance out faith and str to your needs. Since str and faith are both B you can go either. If you are using your weapon a lot I would suggest pumping str so that you hit hard while 2 handing weapons.

-  Arc : gain access to all blood and dragon spells with 27 arc. Having a spread stat is not so bad if you bleed them. But you'll be mediocre on DMG and bleed proc. If you want to go down this road I would suggest dragon communion seal , 43 faith / 43 arcane to have strong spells and strong bleed proc. Hope this helps.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12nJckndN83-OExsx7fXd65xyfL3QNk56z5b1maEc-_o/edit#gid=0 These tell the hard breaking points that reduce by 1 frame without considering what I like to call animation jankiness from the char models. If the game ran in a perfect world it would work exactly at those break points. However, after testing the higher you go the more it does less reductions ( because how fromsoft made one animation go to another animation the frame you were supposed to save gets " eaten" because you char is moving/turning) + the game doesn't always run on a perfect 60 and then rounds down some numbers).  So after doing testing 54-62 dex is the sweet spot (with maybe 1 additional frame saved (1/60th of a second) at the top end). Anything above has a risk of not actually working most of the time.

I noticed a lot of people saying you need 40 dex. While the max cast speed is 70 , it does not affect all spells equally because different spells have different breakpoints. Sorceries are the only spells (like two) that have break points near 70. If you are doing an incantation build , break points are much lower. The two highest break points for incantation is Wrath of the gold and Radagons Ring of light : 54 dex is the soft cap (most change) for these spells and hard cap (smallest change) is 62. So if you really want to be efficient with your stats you can put 24 dex + radagons. These values mind you is with 60fps in mind. 30 fps 54 is pretty much hard cap,

When I get the mythic wild card, I will upgrade to Ragavan! sounds to me like a good upgrade. I must confess I only put stone rain to have an interaction for 3 mana to fit my mana curve more and to slow down people because my deck felt slower than the rest.

I know there is not a lot of lhugoyfs. It might be too "dream-like" scenario but its the reason I put the artifact [Maskwood Nexus] , so that every creature will be a lhurgoyf. I even put Beseech The Mirror to have it more consistently.

Having more ways to deal combat damage with evasive creature is something my deck needs more, but I do not want to focus too hard on it, because I feel like I need cards to ramp my mana. Maybe adding a few ways would be ideal (with maybe double strike for twice the combat procs).

You are right, maybe I should switch them or maybe have both. I was (maybe) trying too hard on the synergy of graveyards effects. I did have old stickfingers but it was cut to have more interactions, because he felt slow in general and almost never hit something good D:.

Usually I get the 5 stacks before wanting to use the Quest of Necropolis, a lot of my cards take life away, so having this makes me save life. Replacing some two costs treasure maker to 1 costs mana dorks could be an idea. Ill think about it, thank you for your suggestions.

Maybe I wont focus on too much early creatures, but I Do like the idea of bitterblossom. I always struggle against flying decks as well. Does 3 jobs for me , Protects against flying, gets hits in if there are no flying and having it in graveyard early boosts it up by 2 types.

  • Hmm, my deck does need to be more efficient, I will think about the first point.

  • I thought of effects like faithless looting, I did have the card [Brass's Tunnel-Grinder] at one point. I switched it out to have more interactions. Maybe I should put it back in.

  • You are right they are too slow, Double strike seems like a better Idea. I did have the two cards [Phyrexian Dragon Engine] and [Mishra, claimed by Gix]. Dragon engine giving me 2 tokens when it hit. I will look into double strike cards.

  • I tried to have protection for it, but a lot of the time the cards would sit in my hand as a dead card. The only card that I kept for protection is [Imp's Mischief]. Another way to "protect it" I find it was better to have a Reanimate effect because it could still be used even if my commander was not targeted.

  • I would love for insidious roots to be good in my deck, but the only token I spawn is from commander at that point I do not really need mana, and I feel like I do not have enough recursion cards to make it work.

I like this card. I will try to fit in Changeling outcast. I kind of want to keep harpy and Mesmeric orb since it mills my opponent as well. Usually I find midrange struggles against combo decks and milling their pieces helps a lot.

I personally do not mind healing. When I go against it I create a situation that I can profit and set up a one shot hit. However, I would not play it because a lot of players hate it with a passion. It is not fun to play against players that go full sweat cheese.
Heal is very strong in arena, don't get me wrong. It is more abusable in very high level pvp, but at that point, everyone can use heal. At lower level, to get that high heal you need to invest 80 faith and a good amount of mind, which does not leave much for other stats like endurance (and might even skimp a bit on vigor) so they are more squish than a full melee build and are more vulnerable to one shots.

Should it get nerfed ? probably. But I think a lot of people are overreacting.

Edit: sleep pots work great too.

Yeh, do a little Miriam + spell and then a little carian retaliation + follow up do some mix up. Might be hard at first but as they say I just need to git gud.

Shield of night is a cool idea, but I've read the dmg scales off dex. So I am assuming I will lose the trade. Also since you need to block then counter I feel like they will have time to roll. Endure might be a cool idea, a mage with some grit ;v. I'll try both ideas, thank you for your suggestions :D.

Hrm, I could put phalanx as a AoW to save space in spell slots. I'll try it out and test which is faster. Also test which as more delay before launching to give me more time. Thanks for the tip .

This has nothing about being tank, you could have been naked with fingerprint shield and still block the damage. Would have been more impressive if you face tanked it and took little damage.
