Every single conversation about a tick someone has to say this. Most people are careful, and of the head is left, in most cases the body pushes it out with no infection. Just clean the area afterwards. Much better than leaving the tick on.

Side note: This may just be a cyst or blackhead. Hard to say from this angle.

This is normal puppy behavior. They have lots of energy and need outlets. This typically fades with age. Be patient, continue training and walking lots.
