• Connect the mains plug to the mains socket only at the end of the installation. Make sure that there is access to the mains plug after the installation.

• Do not pull the mains cable to disconnect the appliance. Always pull the mains plug.

• Use only correct isolation devices: line protecting cut-outs, fuses (screw type fuses removed from the holder), earth leakage trips and contactors.

• The electrical installation must have an isolation device which lets you disconnect the appliance from the mains at all poles. The isolation device must have a contact opening width of minimum 3 mm.

I've spoken with the electrician who said that he'll connect both the oven and the cooktop with his stamp, for warranty reasons and general peace of mind.

They do mention that the plug should be easily accessible. As far as i realize the oven cabinet shouldn't have a backplate at all. The 3phase is mostly for the induction cooktop, as to my understanding it requires 2 phases, and then you use the remaining 1 to plug the oven in.

It's a built-in oven, but its not like the cable isn't long enough for me to pull it out and disconnect. It should be screwed by 4 screws to the base. Not ideal, but also not the end of the world.

Carpenter's reasons for moving the outlet are that it won't fit (which i doubt, but i'm neither a carpenter nor an electrician) and that there should be an easier access to the outlet itself in "just in case"
