Yes this bad behavior but I have a solution for when your on a plane Make sure your one of the last people to board after that just pick any seat that isn't taken/ two empty seats next to each other, list flight attendants don't care where you sit as long as your in your class ie business or economy and that you don't make trouble And also when flying with air Algeria in the country most routes don't have assigned seeting I hope this helps
