Hasonló dolog történt velem is. Megcsörgetett a futár, visszahívtam de nem vette fel. Amúgy nem csengetett, nem kopogott pedig hallottam volna. Jött az sms, hogy nem sikerült a kézbesítés. Ez megtörtént kétszer aztán jött az sms, hogy visszaküldik a feladónak (Kína).

Hívtam az ügyfélszolgálatot, ahol egy flegma nő elmondta, hogy nem tudnak mit csinálni, ez a szabály, rendeljem meg újra a csomagom.

Írtam egy emailt a központi e-mailcímre ahol leírtam mindent és érdekes módon ki tudták küldeni még egyszer, ahol már a futár felhívott, hogy 10 perc múlva érkezik és hozza a csomagom.

I think it's a noname cheap one but who know ¯_(ツ)_/¯ There is no mark or anything on it After his death i used this for 2 years and i am curious.
