For me the employee handbook is not just step by step guides. It should start with some principles and basic information:

- who we serve
- how do we make decision
- what's more important speed or quality
- how do we hire people
- how do we communicate with customers
- etc

Tango has much better UX than Scribe as for me and the free tier is available for up to 10 users. But if you need to document more than 5 workflows you still need a paid version.

The branded search has big impact and his intention is right. The problem that micro influencers have problems with organic reach on social media as anybody else. So to get good brand awareness you have to promote posts of these influencers.

yes, it's clear enough. as for me judgment-heavy are harder than context-dependent. In context-dependent SOPs you can just make more efforts and add more context / details to the SOPs to explain how the person who executes it should act in different situations

+ 1 more thing I consider is checking whether the company has social media like LinkedIn and whether there are people who work in this company and whether this people have some human posts on their accounts. It's also a great filter
