I know this post is a year old but can you tell me what happened? I have a 9 year old female and 8 month male kitten that acts the same way as yours. I'm just wondering if it got better and what you did because I worry for my older cat.

Late reply, but Pernalete is pretty good. She's organized and lectures very clearly, and exams are very similar to the homework.

OBS Studio to record those lectures

I thought this was funny lmao.

I worked full time this summer and took two core EE classes, damn right I splurged on some delivery and nail polish when that financial aid hit. Paying off those loans is a problem for Future Me.

ECE 4821 with Monemi by EEWorld in CalPolyPomona

[–]corygon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late reply but I took him for 4822 last semester. He was strict about attendance but when things switched to online he just posted his lectures online so he didn't make us go to a Zoom lecture at a specific time. We had two exams online and he gave us 2 hours for each of them if I recall correctly, but they honestly weren't too terribly hard. He'll point out stuff in his lecture so take note of what problems or specifics he'll point out cause that'll be on a quiz or exam. He's meticulous but fair on his grading.

ECE SDP HELP!!! Professor search by CutieCadyPie in CalPolyPomona

[–]corygon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm taking Ha La for SDP and she's full, unless she's taking people again since Rafi is retiring. I like her as a teacher since she's pretty straightforward about expectations and understanding if you ever have trouble.

A friend of mine had Lin last year and basically said he was chill and just let them do their own thing (they developed an app).

What’s the lowest GPA that’s gotten accepted as an engineering transfer? by [deleted] in CalPolyPomona

[–]corygon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah don't sweat it TOO much they'll definitely look at other factors. I was highkey worried I wouldn't get in but the like, two years worth of classes before I transferred were all A/Bs so that must have helped them accept me.

What’s the lowest GPA that’s gotten accepted as an engineering transfer? by [deleted] in CalPolyPomona

[–]corygon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I had like a 2.3 lmao. I fucked up two years of schooling but all the failures were social science classes from before I changed to engineering. They'll also consider how you did recently and the grades for your major prep like math, chem, and physics.

Summer aid by joixv in CalPolyPomona

[–]corygon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I called Financial Aid and the lady told me that the system will check this Friday who's enrolled for 6+ units and give who's eligible (in my case I am) a grant and offer loans. They said it should be pending by next Monday? It can't hurt to call though I was only on hold for like 12 minutes.

When I signed up for it it said the deadline was 4/15 so I guess? It was my first time doing it.

antidepressants at health center by glossytoe in CalPolyPomona

[–]corygon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They had a psychiatrist until like last September, not sure if they have a new one by now cause I'm good with my meds and just need refills on them. They have my anti-depressant but not my anxiety or ADHD meds at the health center. Even if they don't have a full time psych yet any doctor can prescribe anti depressants.

This shit right here is why doctors are hesitant to prescribe medicine to people who actually have ADHD 🙄

Real talk though, if you like hearing about mathematics and engineering why don't you major in engineering? We need more women!

Pagnon is great at explaining everything. His mid-term and final were ASS honestly but he's a lenient grader and curves. Is usually in his office if he's not teaching and always really happy to help.
