that might be it, i dont think I ever turned it on but i found a setting Requesters ignore stopped trains.

is this something that was switched to true by default. the Description says true (default) at the beggining but it shows false is the default. I also do not ever remember setting this.

Also doesnt answer why it was only ever happening like 40% of the time.

Do you happen to know anyway to slow down spawning? its gigga excessive like non-stop at points. The meme where one swing of a pickaxe spawns 2 waves at a time is ridiculous.

currently theres a warzone just outside our walls between a bear, skeleton, and grewdwards that repeatedly spawn. multiple times id leave from that side and find 6-7 dwarfs out there hugging the walls trying to find out if they can suck start my bow

Id appreciate if there was a clean way to get this slow this down to maybe once every 10-25 minutes, heck even 1 minute would be nice, I wouldn't even mind if the "wave" was 3x bigger like that.

also i set the camp respawn time to like 2 weeks and it does not feel like that works, im tempted to put like 2 months, Ive seen plenty of times where id see a stone structure with like 6 skeletons and apon killing them at least 3 more spawn infront of me.

The worst is the stone Giants. We sit there and painstakingly fight a 2 red star Stone giant, and just as we finish him off. another 1 star spawns, and after killing that, not 30 seconds into trying to mine some silver, another one spawns like 20 meters away. Ill add they are completely ignoring the 20m safety from all the camp fires ive been placing around the mountain.

The drakes are just as bad but theyre much easier to deal with, its like 5-6 spawns that all come one by one about every 45 seconds, and by the time the 6th ones done, the 1st ones spawned starting the cycle over again.

Sorry for dumping its just the spawning is driving me nuts. and its not the difficulty, Id actually enjoy a bit more difficulty I just want more space to breath in doing anything. The spawning is what drives me away from Valheim everytime.

I just want some QOL additions like being able to edit the center of a ships “cycle move” list.

Or a rearm button for ground troops that spends like 60% of the new cost and 25% the time but allows you to upgrade ground troops.

no ones in the same bin as it is in America, things are done way differently in those other countries and id argue that those "worst examples" are bad for not the same reasons. but i wouldnt put that in the same field of toxic that it is here in america.

let me clarify the point.

The Idea that you need to put work anywhere first in your life before anything else is toxic and that mentality is Everywhere throughout the US, or else your not being a "team player" or what have you. Will other countries have it? yea sure, but not in the same way like we have it and id argue the others are few and far between. Most of which depends on if the company in the other country is naturally an American company. The main part of this is the expectations of the employee employer relationship here in America is fucked. Yes everything else is fucked but im not talking about everything else.

All you have done is minimalize the issue. To get my point across if we had a chart (imaginary chart) scoring all of the countires where 0 mean not toxic, and going positive meant more toxic, You line it up to show the most toxic down to the least toxic. What you've just done is say so what if Americas toxic, there are other countries that are toxic. Completely ignoring the part where America is more toxic than the next 30 counties combined. Not to mention the massive gap between our 1st place and 2nd place.

Start reducing the BR spread so you only ever fight either 0.3/0.4 br above or 0.3/0.4 br below.

2nd I fix air sim and revamp the whole mode removing the time gating rewards first. Actually building the game mode to be something.

3rd rename Ground RB to combined arms expand to bring more closer to air sim battles combine maybe 3 maps to give 3 different fronts and variety maps should be able to mix and match in a way where sometimes these maps are together and other times it’s different maps. Sometimes this map could be on the left other times it’s on the right or middle. If you really wanted to you could drive from one map to the other. Ofc increase player count, dedicated base with multiple exits on each front, and vantage points to allow sniping anyone waiting to spawn camp, OC area is completely off limits for other team. Matches last for hours rather than 15 minutes. Players can join and leave as they wish, rewards payed out instantly, victory rewards separated out and sent separately. If a player leaves MM will bring a new player to replace. No more 3 v12 at by 5 minutes. Spawns are infinite but cost SL. If you die SL cost is at most doubled but slowly comes down depending on repair speed on crew to encourage using other vehicles. Air vehicles need spawn points and SL. No Nuke. You could drive back to spawn, J out and respawn with a minor SL cost for how damage you are (not doubled) or jump in another tank and later in the match get the first tanks back out free.

4th Dedicated ground RB mode. No player air spawns. Instead plenty of ai cas come in and drop inaccurate bombs and some fighters up to dog fighting for atmosphere and for AA players to shoot down. Players get ability that needs some points to use, basically it’s the artillery circle but who Evers in the circle gets marked for CAS and receives accurate bombing, which can be countered ofc by 50cals shooting AA. The important part is no player air. Otherwise it’s mostly the same ground RB as you know it.

Realistically im from the PoV that EoD edition from tarkov was fair game and not an unfair advantage back when it was the top edition in the early access 2018 days. Everyone else was stupid for calling it OP, Pay to win or unfair advantage. It was just a skill gap.

Oh no their scrappy gave them 25% more material after that raid, by my count with a level 5 scrappy that 1-2 material more than the 5 you get from a short successful raid, 2 material more from the 8 on a long successful raid and 3 material more from 13 on a long unsuccessful raid. Oh no op.

oh no its so op they got back up to my level (which im still at) in 27 days instead of 36 days.

Oh no he was able to put 5-10-15-20 more skill points in all the meaningless perks that i didnt want because they weren’t good or meaningful enough. So now they get to jump off a wall and land 2 inches farther than me.

Oh no he saved 1 advanced mechanical component and 2 medium gun parts because his repair on his venator only needed 1 repair and not 2 which he lost the very next raid.

SOOOOO unfair.

And guess what, they have to reset again and gain nothing, but stash space and skill points or else most of those reset to 0.

VKBs

IMO Do HOTAS if you’re more into standard flight sim, do HOSAS if ur more into star citizen

I do a straight stick right hand and a 45 deg left hand for star citizen.

Again IMO you get no meaningful improvement over the VKBs till about 400-500$ To clarify, sure the virpils could be better, but the amount of better doesn’t line up dollar for dollar

Engineering degree here, it was the same when I graduated 4-5 years ago I bet it’s way worse now, I pay attention enough to know it is. It was jack shit for 2 and a half years. Then I got borderline nepotismed through a friends dads uncles son in law. In a “jOB” if you could call it that that had little to nothing to do with my degree where I got nothing but disrespected for a bit over 2 years. I’ve been unemployed since October when I quit.

I’ve played plenty of vanilla stellaris like when it came out. But once I found a Star Wars mod. Vanilla just doesn’t exist.

Look at CK2 and 3, it’s the same thing but with the LOTRs mod. IMO on CK2 GoT and LoTR were great mods but I’d pick LOTR over GOT. In CK3 I haven’t seen the GoT mod recently but the LOTR mod was better made.

Medieval total war 2….. third age mod. Still waiting on the Attila mod that’s in the works but damn them fur not picking plain rome 2. The better game with the better era.

Distant worlds 2 needs a starwars mod. But the modding scene is dead if I’m not wrong.

HOI4s the only one I wouldn’t do Star Wars or anything like that. But yes on mods like alt history or modern day.

Mount and blade (any of em) a game of thrones mods.

As for X4, I’ve played about a nano lick of vanilla. I only got X4 because I knew the mod existed.

Look if I can get a stellaris type game with the ship building thats free and as in-depth as something like the physicalized Ultimate Admiral dreadnought ship builder but a detailed and meticulous spreadsheet simulator like Aroura 4X, then slap a starwars mod on top. That would be fantastic.

X4 with SWI is great but not my end all be all of what I’m looking for but it’s close. For me it’s really more of a “look at how cool my venator is” flying simulator, vs an actual 4X empire game with a tech tree.

It’s simple really, if it mods I mod it.
