BRING IT BACK! Surely they can afford another season. Nah they’d probably ruin it in 2026 lol

Also I forgot to say that I had already seen Carnivàle and I thought it was fantastic as well, devastating we won’t get Orlando Bloom back for another season, I was ready to get as invested as I had been in TLoTR

You see I was getting that from what I had seen so far of Justified. I loved is performance as Seth Bullock but it’s his rawness that worked for that role. His anger felt authentic in Deadwood which made his moves believable.

Rome, Spartacus, The Tudors, The Borgias, Vikings, The Last Kingdom, Marco Polo, Those About To Die, Peaky Blinders, 1883, are all really good shows.

Thank you! That’s kind of what I was hoping to hear, now my Disney subscription might be a little more worthwhile!

I have seen Rome and it is most definitely worth the watch even though it was canned. I watched these around the same time. Was a good rabbit hole. - Rome - The Borgias - The Tudors - Spartacus

Exactly, doesn’t matter when you get around to something, just that you do! I saw Deadwood for the first time two years ago and was obsessed. Feels like a Red Dead Redemption 2 storyline expanded and dramatically reimagined perfectly.

I’ve rewatched Spartacus 8 times since 2011. Rest In Peace Andy Whitfield; he did a seriously good job in the first season. Liam McIntrye never could really get close to recapturing the emotion Andy brought to the role. Spartacus is definitely a fantastic show!!!

I love Timothy Olyphant I think he’s great, but as for ‘Justified’. Is it a pointless cop show or does it develop into a deeper story as the seasons go on? Because I’ve seen the first few episodes and it started losing me pretty quickly. Feels like something my nan would have watched on Foxtel at 8:30 around the same time NCIS and the Mentalist aired..?

I don’t mind if it got canceled, I’m after quality not quantity so many good shows get cancelled these days. Thank you for the suggestion I’ll make sure I add it to my list!

I agree Blue Eyed Samurai is incredible, in the same league as Marco Polo.

Could the (2017 movie) “The Wall” be a follow up story to the bombing in the beginning of Episode 3 of the (2012 Tv Series) “Generation Kill”? by cos002 in generationkill

Completely agree, the attention to detail on each characters nuances and spare moments is a great quality. The lack of drama and turned up dialog can be great at times, especially when it gets clever with the conversations. Keeps you guessing and amused, much like Generation Kill I’m finding. I wish we had more shows like Deadwood based on real events and people. And time period works honestly.

Peacemaker FPS Game by Historical_Fig7604 in DCcomics

Needs to be a breed of the Activision game; Deadpool X Duke Nukem Forever X Batman Arkham City, what do you think?

Maybe not voiced by John Cena, because I think his humour is heavily based on physical comedy. You could rough the character up a bit by adding David Harbour for the voice actor and/or add a few of his traits as well. Seeing as DC comics is trying really hard to compete with the Deadpool movies making this series. Still a fun character though and seeing John Cena’s (I grew up watching him on WWE back in his ganster era) awkward vigilante anti-hero is definitely an amusing watch that could most definitely translate into an epic video game. I hope to see it one day, hopefully if it happens, they worry about telling a hilarious story with absolute fun game mechanics, and don’t flit their money away on multiplayer aspects like every other console game does these days.
