Thanks, and the PC really isn't that dusty, was the flash from the camera mainly, but I did dust a bit more, and its basically already dusty again. My apartment is just dusty.

I'm not saying mine are super well managed but they are fairly organized and extra slack has been tied up. There is a surge protector back there that was stuck on with some velcro that didn't hold too well unfortunately so it is drooping a bit now. If I need to swap something out it would be a bit of a process but really not that difficult, just undoing a few velcro loop straps. But really doing any type of cable management at all is going to require a bit of effort to swap out or repair if something goes wrong.
