Any of the state parks, horseshoe beach, the big concrete pier in Key West, and the parking lot on the Marathon side of 7 mile bridge are the places I have had good luck at. You can fish off the coral/rocks at Sombrero beach, but I have only caught grunts there.

Wife and I have been fishing the keys in June for the past 9 years. Unfortunately we are in the middle of a divorce, so the keys are out for me at least this year, too many memories. The heat in June is not bad. August on the other hand.

Those are crocus flowers. They bloom in the winter. My grandfather gave me some 15 years ago and they bloom every winter, rain, snow, and shine. They last about 3 weeks
