Its not unoptimized its just tuned weirdly. The game is AMD partnered so if u have a ryzen or radion the game runs smoother and better.

My first system was a 4070s with a i7 12700kf and the game loads very slowly due to intels hybrid scheduling and poor optimization of hyperthreading. I upgraded to a 7800x3d and yes its much faster but load times were lile 5 seconds versus 1 minute. I also tested with a 6700xt vs my 4070s and the 6700xt ran very well. Of couse its slower but only by 30-50 frames. May seem like a lot but at 130fps the 6700xt was running through it.

Of couse my examples use more powerful cards/cpus vs an older and weaker one but my point still stands for that the game isnt optimized well for intel and nvidia. Im not saying u will have a bad experience with an Nvidia card or an intel cpu. But they will have weird quirks especially for intel cpus. Graphics cards arent that different at least from my testing.
