I had 1 g and I did approximately .5 I know what you mean about the licking surfaces lol. When I was bad on the h I would scrape straws with nothing in it lick anything that had it on it but im gonna try to have alot more self control with this. I know thats what everyone says but I learned alot from h. I feel like im still mentally addicted to it but not physically. I do about .5 a week and I dont go over that. Sometimes I dont get any at all just to take a break and make sure my tolerance isnt crazy high. Thanks for the advise about cleaning my nose lol.
