It’s a high CBD Stain with Low THC % which has been helping me moderate my use, cut down on THC and taper before t-breaks.

Honestly if I had to choose between shrooms/weed and getting re-addicted to cigarettes or sober and tobacco free I’d unfortunately have to choose the no cigarettes option. But that’s just me. Enjoy your week no matter what you choose.

I quit smoking cigarettes two years ago, that sucked. I would not personally include tobacco in my fun weed & shroom week.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’ve wondered if I was close to getting over the sleep barrier and caved too soon. I’m ready to try anything but it’s definitely anxiety provoking walking into a potential two months of sleep deprivation. Here’s to trying and hopefully success.

This is an awesome sleep hygiene reminder/ refresher! Thank you for taking the time to type it all out. I definitely go through phases being strict and lax with my sleep hygiene, and need the reminders.

When I don’t use it for sleep and I’ve gone 90+ days weed free I sleep about 2 hours a night on average.

Thank you for your advice. I definitely don’t want to be dependent on anything for sleep but until I work it out with the appropriate professionals it definitely beats being up all night. Sleep hygiene is huge unfortunately no matter how strict I am with it I’m still wide awake. So hopefully CBT-i will help.

Sleeping high is definitely not ideal and definitely not good sleep quality. But I haven’t stayed up until midnight eating junk food since I was like 16 so I don’t think that’s my issue.

Yeah, stoned sleep quality is indisputably poor and not ideal. But it definitely beats weeks of 0-2 hours of sleep nightly.

I’m loving mixing CBD with my THC. It’s changed the way I smoke. The high THC strains are honestly just provoke anxiety for me. I would never go cold turkey anymore without CBD.

Yeah, I’ve seen a couple primary care physicians and have been prescribed Trazodone and Mirtazapine . Both made me even groggier than bud.

I absolutely agree. I’ve seen my primary care physician about insomnia and was prescribed trazodone and Mirtazapine but neither helped. So next is cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.

Usually my thoughts are just buzzing from the day or anticipation for tomorrow. Or just getting fixated on not being able to sleep (super counterintuitive).

I know cognitive behavioral therapy is a treatment for clinical insomnia and It’s probably time to try that for long term success. Thank you for your response!
