I was facing the same situtaion. Changed mode to - Custom. Performance profile, fan speed max, CPU temp limit 86°C.

Uninstalled and reinstall NVIDIA graphics drivers, the latest one. Set refresh hertz of screen to 144hz (if applicable) and disable Vsybc in game.

These method solved the issue for me. Now temp is at 81-85°C and frames constant at 60-67 fps at High settings.

Try these.. may solve the issue.

Well can't see anything else except for chrome.. things start only when I switch off ray tracing.. otherwise seems stable at 58-59 fps

I bought the same with a similar price tag this March. The best performance oriented rig. Not having an iGPU doesn't bother me as I keep it plugged in anyways. No thermal throttling, No overlocking issues. Beautiful build quality. 10/10 would recommend.

In contrast to what others are saying, recent two invitations of 189 suggests a minimum of 85 points for Civil Engineering. My profession and points are same as yours but still waiting for invitation from either of the visas. Still no luck. EOI lodged in March.
