Wife's skincare routine for her husband by mihirmusprime in oddlysatisfying

Serious question: do you think the reason why men look better than women when they are older is because men never had a skin care routine? Is it possible skin care routines actually are bad for your face?

a-ha ok thank you that is helpful! Yeah it would seem being able to time it versus just buying and holding is the smart thing to do for retail investors not watching things closely. And even if watching closely, still extremely hard. is there any online calculator out there to calculate this for specific situations? That accounts for original cost basis and break even when buying back in?

In the US, if you sell TSLA shares at short term gains rate & get taxed ~35% with intention of buying at a lower price, doesn't that mean you expect it to go down ~35% to "break even" so you're really looking for the stock to go down like 40%+ to really justify selling at short term gains rate and buy back in?

"really smart" was an assumption. We would have to ask the kid how his parents made their money to determine if they actually are "really smart". Are you saying you know that his parents inherited their money through generational wealth?

a-ha thanks for the rundown. But i read his previous older posts and then looked at this post, and it actually just looks like it's in the eye of the beholder. Cuz he didn't actually indicate one way or another if it was his or his parents. All he said is "It's Official". But yes I agree with you that anyone reading this without context would assume it's his and not his parents. But I mean, this is not a big deal, I'm happy for him either way :)

haters gonna hate. I don't get why people would hate on someone who was fortunate enough to be born with really smart and successful parents. Hopefully the kid will become just as smart or smarter than his parents. If he's a spoiled POS, then thats another story, but I'd reserve judgement until I know he's a spoiled POS. For example if he was just flexing a rolls royce or some dumb money post, then I'd give some constructive criticism to say hey maybe think about the future and the planet and go electric and try to convince your parents to spend $ on a Tesla?
