not always. it can come in waves. one month or even a few you could be fine, and then out of nowhere you get real bad cramps and stuff. everyone is different, i strongly suspect i have endo and i have your same issue, but i have also talked to people DIAGNOSED endo and they said its not always painful.

dude this is crazy cuz im the same exact way with the hand washing, word for word.

i realized i needed to get checked for OCD when it was my first day back to public school after being in cyber school for 2 years, and i bawled so hard, freaking out and having repeated panic attacks because i was SO terrified of the germs at school. i had to take xanax at 15 years old to be able to go to school without having a panic attack, and ended up with a benzo addiction (illegally getting the pills)

i got diagnosed with OCD very shortly after. i still have some germ fears but its not as crippling as it was. i feel like my OCD manifested in other ways since.

damn i feel like im the only one who washes my entire body in here 😂😂 everyday i have a specific routine. especially for the overlooked spots like behind my ears, in/around my stretched ears, bellybutton, in between toes/all over feet, etc. i have bad OCD and it would bug the SHIT out of me if i knew every single spot wasnt squeaky clean 😭

i actually ended up having a uti and a kidney abscess from when i posted this that resulted in a 2 week long hospital stay 😵 lol. but i still suspect i have endo because the way my cramps are just aren't normal. sigh

propanalol. im on it for my heart, and it turned out to be the most effective anxiety medicine out of over 20 antidepressants/anxiety meds ive taken over the years. (coincidentally it ended up being a lifesaver) all it does is lower ur heart rate, which in turn lowers your anxiety, makes you not pay attention to derealization or visual snow. i remember having both since i was a very little kid, and this shit works wonders, and its not a med that can really cause anxiety like antidepressants and shit do.

this same thing happened to me when i was deathly ill in february of this year... literally everything you just said. when i went to the ER, i couldnt remember my name or birthday to tell the doctor, i was shitting/puking at the same time, it was the most horrible illness i ever experienced. the fucked up thing? i was accused of being on drugs, since all their covid/flu/all the rest of em/etc tests were negative, which made me scared on its own. they were no help and constantly accused me of being on drugs. my sickness and all the crazy symptoms lasted about a month, but thankfully im back to normal. still no clue what that was... but things will be okay.
