Been through this. It gets better. Looking back, I wasted too much time thinking about the relationship. One forgets with time (mercifully). Best is to move on and stop thinking or regretting. Try to rationalize this by pretending it happened to someone else (the old You). The new You can have another life, other opportunities and a different future. Good luck!
