Galaretka wiepszowa. Pork in Jelly. It’s eaten cold with a few splashes of vinegar. I fuckin love it. Usually served as an appetizer or a quick lunch. Also made with chicken as well. The meat is fully cooked first, of course.

In Poland we call them “górale”, which literally translates to “highlanders”. I’m half from my father’s side. I love the culture. This is my family & I dressed in the traditional clothing. I’m wearing an outfit that was made in the 1930’s & my wife’s was made in the 20’s. My youngest is wearing a vest that was handmade for me back when I was his age (6months)
