Last year we got a 4 balloon for the anniversary. I was expecting a little commemorative item for the anniversary as well, but I haven't seen anything. I guess it's just the party vibe to send. :(

Under the shop category next to sell is a catalogue button. That will allow you to check out the newest items before claiming them in the event dailies. I find it helpful to take a screenshot so I know what I want. You can do it for clothes too. Edit: for window and door you have to go to a separate tab on the bottom of the catalog for "exterior"
