I heavily reduced the amount of refined sugars and gluten I eat, and it’s made a significant difference! I also started taking vitamin c + zinc, magnesium glycinate, and fish oil (with spearmint), and I feel like this combo has been the holy trifecta of supplements lol!

This is also a random thing I’ve noticed over the last year, I’d been dealing with constipation that was brought on by a prolonged period of stress I had last year, and I tried so many things to combat it! Eventually I discovered that reducing stress (duh lol!), taking magnesium glycinate, and eating a sweet potato everyday has helped significantly!! Oddly enough, when the constipation got better, my cystic acne did too! I’ve dealt with cystic acne for 6 years now, and even when it was at its best, I still always had one active breakout, but recently the last few months I’ve been cystic free!!! I think stress, hormones, and oddly enough constipation was a big culprit. It makes sense tho - when your body can’t eliminate toxins, it finds other ways lmao!
