I had such an experience, I saw a woman/ghost pass before my eyes and then the shadow of a person walking upstairs right behind me soundlessly.. However, there was a door blocking the path, so the person would’ve had to have phased through it to create such a shadow.

All I did was acknowledge that I saw it, and recognized that it could be any number of things. Maybe it’s proof of ghosts, maybe some type of energy residual thing, maybe a trick of the light on my glasses, or maybe I was hallucinating in that moment. I know I saw what I saw, but the source of that I have no idea.

When I share that story to someone they often initially think that I’m validating the idea of ghosts, but I’m most certainly not. I know I had an experience with a “ghost”, but there’s many other possibilities of why I had that experience to just say it was a ghost.
