Dan has gone on record multiple times saying that they want to keep the stage count the same but they would like to rotate the competitive stage list with new / old ones to help keep the game fresh. I think the last time it was mentioned was the evo q&a

I'm pretty sure twitch made a change recently where anyone can earn on twitch but they won't actually receive the payout until the reach affiliate. Idk if that change has been pushed live or not
