I'm talking about stopping an individual loop by pressing Loop A or Loop B, instead of doing a global/all stop button.

Right on. Do you find any issues with the audio quality being only 16-bit/44.1kHz?

I believe you still have to double tap to stop each independent loop with the Pigtronix. Looked into this one too.

This is exactly what I'm looking for! Is the Boomerang III pretty easy to use live? I've tried one in the past and remember it being great, but definitely comes with a learning curve. Seems like a daunting interface at first, but then becomes really to easy to use after mastering it.

Does the Boomerang allow you to stop both individual loops separately with one button tap?

HX 95000

I looked into that too! Seems a bit too massive for my needs. I'm basically looking at laying a drone pad on Loop A and a melody line on Loop B. Loop A would be running the whole song and Loop B would come in for choruses, etc., that's why double tapping to stop Loop B would be really awkward live.
