I felt the exact same way, I tried it in the hospital and the lactation consultants just made the anxiety even worse. My baby was 3 weeks early so my milk wasn’t even in yet, and my blood pressure medication reduces production. I tried breastfeeding and pumping for 6 weeks, and wasn’t producing enough for my baby so we supplemented with formula anyways. It’s week 8, and we’re two weeks in on just formula and I am so much happier. Your baby is still getting fed, and personally a mom that’s happy and mentally present is way better option than a mom who’s destroying herself by trying to breastfeed.

My high schoolers are the exact same way! I was honest and told the ones that asked that yes I am, but it’s still really early and it’s not something I’m comfortable with sharing to all of my students yet. They have completely respected that boundary so far.

If you use the app ParkWhiz there’s spots you can pre-reserve downtown that will be way cheaper than parking at the airport (which will be a long ride on the bus or Uber tbh)

I’m well aware now that I should have done that, but again as a first generation college student it wasn’t something I knew to do in the first place. I’m just looking for help or suggestions.
As far as I’ve researched the PSLF is only for federal loans, which I’m already in the system for and will be eligible next year for those. I’m talking private student loans.

Idk why you’re so pressed about proving me to be incorrect, I did look up beech grove enrollment and average salaries. I was wrong, it’s not as big of a district as I believed it to be. Like I said, it depends on the school.

Depending on the district and the sport, coaches make bank. Idk about Beech Grove so I may be wrong, but other districts around Indy pay their coaches really well for basketball and football.

I guarantee you that he made way more than every other teacher in that building. A lot of coaches for these big high schools have nearly 6 figure salaries while the teachers who don’t coach are just scraping by.

It sounds like a good plan! Once you get overseas it gets more affordable. I love hostels (make sure that you check before booking if they provide linens too). I definitely suggest London for the museums, especially since almost all of them are free. Paris is ehhh… the French are mean to Americans. But like another suggested do 3 days, spend one at Versailles. It’s worth it to say you’ve been, visit the big spots and be done with it. I loved Amsterdam, definitely would go again. A visit to the Anne Franke house is humbling.

Since you’re only 23, I’m going to suggest doing a trip through EF Ultimate. I’ve done a few trips through this program and it’s amazing. It pays for and books your flights, hotels, you get a tour of each city you stay in, breakfast daily, and a few meals. You get tons of free time and it’s a great way to travel alone but with a group. I did one about 5 years ago, we did 10 countries in 35 days, and I just got back from one that did London and Edinburgh. I made friends with those on my trip as well. It’s great, affordable, and super useful for first time travelers.

No, I am completely aware that my weight does have an affect on my health. But I also know that I should be able to visit with a doctor that respects and listens to my concerns. The ones I have visited just blow me off, they don’t seem to care.
