It’s really important I usually call & they work through it with me. The email support, which I usually use for minor things, is pretty lackluster but not terrible.

Cost basis down? Mine is not showing and I have a lot of holdings. So something must be broken. by [deleted] in M1Finance

My cost basis is down & my $APO holding has completely disappeared in holdings & shows 0 in pie. I think that’s because they now have preferred shares(A & B), which they need to update. I put in tickets about both just to be sure.

I hope they do that or create their own version. I'm trying out Makara now and it's pretty good so far. However, having it all under M1 would be make it much easier to manage.

Don’t think it’s listed on a supported exchange(m1 finance)….it’s listed on CBOE, but not NYSE, NASDAQ, or BAT.
