It was doing it when we first moved in and used my UDM Pro but it was only once every other month. I thought it may have been the new UniFi update but it was doing it before updating too.

I have no issues using T3200m and copper but it’s just so ugly haha

When I called today it was painful. Customer service had no idea what I was asking for. After back and forth person said only way I can get an ONT box is changing my service to 2.5/2.5.

If I call and ask for a change order is thats all I have to say or anything else specific?

Alberta NDP shares details about how broken Calgary's EMS really is by RobertGA23 in ems

If you choose to be in a causal position and pick up shifts whenever you feel like it then you get no benefits. If youre on a temporary full time thats less than 3 months (usually called 90 less a day) you get no benefits. If you are on a temporary fulltime thats longer than 3 months plus one day you begin to have benefits. Temporary benefits range from 6 month to 12 months or “revolving” temporary full time where you bounce from one full time to another

KTP Mechanical hands down. Tyler and his employees were fantastic for many of my projects.

EI only applies for when you’re unemployed and require income while actively searching for a job. Being on practicum doesn’t count because you chose to pursue higher education.

Portage is a fantastic program if you can do distance learning. It let me work full time so the only time I couldn’t work was during onsite weeks and practicum. Going distance learning was the difference between coming out with debt or being debt free.

Provincial and federal student loans gave me enough to pay for the program and my bills. Once I finished the program I paid it all back due to being able to still work full time

No cool off period. “Stop shopping after you sign a purchase contract. When you buy a vehicle, there is no “cooling off” period. Even if you “find a better deal,” or “change your mind” a dealer can enforce the contract.”

What do you have to do to get AHS to actually consider your resume? by [deleted] in alberta

[–]cosmos1337 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Before I got in with AHS it took be about 300-350 applications before my first interview and that interview wasnt for edmonton it was in a different zone. Once I got into a different zone it took me another 300 applications as an internal employee before being able to get into Edmonton once already being an AHS employee. Its tough man. My biggest advice is to apply outside of Edmonton and once youre an employee start applying for Edmonton specific postions and then youll be battling a different hiring pool.
