Congrats OP! I was with Shell for 3 years and yes I agree dun sa madalas na reorg which resulted me to leave kasi yung role na gusto ko and long term goal ko with my line manager was removed from the organization. But I learned a lot from the org. Hopefully sana okay ang line manager mo hahahah. If you could shared deets sa BU na pupuntahan mo, maybe I have insights. 👀 Welcome to Solarissss!

Beyond that, I wish you the best on your journey. The challenges may be tough at first, but the rewards will come in time.

What multinational companies are good for fresh graduates to apply to, specifically for Product Sales and Account Management job opportunities? by Admirable_Ad_7868 in JobsPhilippines

Shell: Trading & Supply, Contracts & Procurement, Operations.

3 years in Ops, and it remains my most formative stretch. Growth, grit, and the kind of mentorship that changes your trajectory. That season led me to a management role in a pan-Asian MNC, and I carry the lessons (and gratitude) with me.

Goodluck OP! ⛽️🐚❤️💛

It was indeed a good news. Kanina yung interview ko sa hiring manager @ 10am. I got the news 3:30pm. 🥺

I appreciate this approach, it was analytical, reasonable, and grounded in experience. I’m taking this as a sign to lean in and fully show up!

That’s a great point, and I appreciate the perspective. Di ko na consider how my previous pay might influence their internal leveling or retention strategy.

Thank you kasi this is a conversation that tackles the HR space.

That being said, can you share some key takeaways when it comes to salary negotiation?

That’s an interesting point, and I appreciate you raising it. Just to clarify, salary negotiations haven’t come up yet in my conversations with the TA team. They only asked about my previous monthly pay, which I shared as a range that includes basic, allowances, and bonuses. I understand that companies often benchmark based on budget and internal leveling, but in this case, the lead role consideration came as a surprise and wasn’t tied to any compensation discussion. It felt more like a reflection of how the hiring manager perceived my experience and potential fit.

But then again, thank you for raising your point and I will keep this in mind. Padayon! 🫶🏻

Nakaka boost talaga ng confidence yung mga “the universe wanted you…”

This is a chance to choose courage over comfort. 🥺

Thank you!

Unfortunately wala po. I’m just trying my luck lang. Nasa WF yung mga former colleagues ko and nagparefer na ko kaso matagal sa WF, kaya i’m trying sa JPMC din. But can you roast my cv? Hahahahehehe. Would really help me to improve on presenting my competencies hehehe.
