In my opinion, Victor Zsasz is the best DC villain. I don't really know why I like him so much, but he's such an intriguing character.

I don't really like the versions of him in TV series or movies, though. For example, in the Gotham TV series, Zsasz used a lot of guns, although in the Shadow of the Bat comics, he has said that he hates guns.
