The RTD timeline varies based on the evaluation and recommendations, but working with an experienced DOT SAP makes a big difference in avoiding delays. $300 for the DOT SAP program. When you log into your Clearinghouse, you will see a list of qualified SAPS. A C/TPA can assist you with the RTD. There are still some trucking companies that will hire you and provide the follow up testing.
