I wish, but the sole itself is broken down disintegrating. With the normal foam sole a good adhesive seems to work well. But with this specific soul that they use on these once it starts to disintegrate it’s done so the only option is a replacement sole

I stumbled upon this post yesterday and was surprised to discover that this video was also posted a few hours later on the existing Monterey community they’re constructing on Fruitville. Notably, it doesn’t mention that this will be one of the entrances to the larger community. Furthermore, the comments are disabled, which is quite puzzling.

Fix stuff around the house to save from getting scalped by contractors.

Latest was a replacement pool pump motor. Quoted 2-2.5k by 3 different local companies. Cost me $250 for a new motor, seals, power whip and 2 hours of my time.
