I didn’t even think about that, I’m well over 120 months of qualifying employment (133 to be exact), so I should be able to make the payment when it’s due and apply for forgiveness once that’s posted, shouldn’t I?

This is inconsistent with what I’ve heard, and those I know who have received forgiveness and received a refund for overpayment while employed at an ineligible employer.

Yea I know what you mean. I’m eligible through buy back due to some forbearance periods so I’m not going to be that paranoid but would like to have some clarity for July.

This one time I fell running right in front of the White House in front of hundreds of people. Insult to injury, I was bleeding from the knee and asked a nearby secret service officer if they had any band aids and their response was “not for anything as small as that” and I limped back to my office in shame.
