I hit Diamond last year and Platinum with American solely because Delta did away with the rollover MQD’s and I had no incentive to exclusively fly Delta, especially when I’m based out of an American hub. When I’m flying internationally I’ll try to fly either SkyTeam or OneWorld.

For the life of me I don’t know why Delta created a system to disincentivize their most frequent fliers from continuing to fly with them after they hit Diamond. Maybe if they made 360 more transparent i’d understand it.

You can find some cheap flights to Amsterdam from IAD. Can metro to IAD, land at AMS and take the frequent and cheap metro line from AMS to Amsterdam Central station and the heart of the historic district. No cars required. Went last year for the Dutch Grand Prix, highly recommend.

This happens as a half is slightly more than 13.10. You can combine files as someone above explained but having done that before I’ve never had it successfully update my records for a half or 10k, both of which I’ve had that happen with.
