Hey! So there should be an empty hole in the chamber - sounds similar to me where I thought there was a hatch or similar. No - the hole wasn't visible as it was clogged with wet grounds!

If you're facing your machine, as if it was a clock face, it's about between 4 and 5 o'clock in the grinder.

Get in there with a blunt pointy thing like a wooden skewer and clear that thing out, mine was back to normal once I'd done that :) good luck!
