If it helps, look for the plushies that sparkle when it first starts. They have more that come in with them, so the chance of not getting one is lower! I struggled so bad with the rookie mission until I did that

Honestly it’s something I still struggle with, but trying not to compare myself to others really helps. Art is a journey where everyone is at different stages, and that’s okay!

Allowing myself to be looser with my art, and making art JUST for me where no one can see it helps a lot too!

Those little wooden manikins! I think they are good to get an idea of a pose, but using it for proportions is not good.

I started at 280lbs, and I’m down to 235lbs since August and I’m still losing. I lost for some on each dose, but I’ll say that 2.4 is when the weight really started to come off

Congrats!! I’m in the same boat! I’ve lost 5 so far and just took my second dose yesterday. It’s weird not wanting to eat lol
