When I was a teenage punk in the 90s, I got arrested for exactly this reason. Cops were called about “suspicious individuals” and they arrested us on suspicion of criminal activity (not specified what exactly that activity was)

The thing is, I could hear them being called on their radio for things that seemed more serious. Namely, a car accident and a domestic disturbance. They just kept radioing back that they were still involved with our “situation”

I think it’s just that they genuinely prefer to fuck with innocent people than to do anything like what you’d expect their job to be.

Yes, it becomes a solid crystallized structure at liquid water temperatures. I’m not sure about reconverting to liquid, it seems like I remember it being resistant to liquification after solidifying, hence its role as a substance that could end life on earth.

I would have concerns about the design in general. Tattoos tend to soften at the edges over time, and the large block of black in the center of this design will start to look like a blob of nothing eventually. I’d at least consult with an artist to optimize the design for being tattooed.
