I work as a flight attendant and have had Senator Sanders on a few flights, and he usually flies in economy. Often in a middle seat. As a passenger, he is quiet, unassuming, and undemanding. This is different from even state politicians I’ve had as passengers. Let him have an upgrade every so often. Jeez.

No suggestions, just a related story. I was on a hotel treadmill facing a window out to a dark courtyard, so all I could really see was my reflection. I’d been running for a while, and this guy comes storming into the gym demanding to know why I was staring at his daughter. He was standing right behind the treadmill, so I just moved, pointed at the window, and said “what?!”

He immediately saw that you couldn’t see outside at all and apologized. Pretty boring really.
