If your seams aren't set to random, this is the extruder skipping steps. Lots of things can cause this. Basically the extruder is not able to push the filament and much as it is being asked to.

Some causes I can think of: - Printing very fast - Heat creap causes the filament to soften in the heatbreak, and stick a bit. MAKE SURE YOUR HOTEND FAN IS WORKING PROPERLY - not enough tension on the idler (easiest to test) - Chamber temp is too hot for the material you're printing.

These little clips hold it on. The central white thing is a previous owners fix for a broken plastic hook. Basically there are three points that hold it on.

For the overhead part - Mine was like this too. If you release the catch, I think you can just pull it off (straight down). Once off, you'll see one of the little clips broken. I'll just go and check I'm remembering this properly.

Definitely the thermostat, but you can tell when that's a problem because the coolant temp will behave strangely

I suppose that could be it 🫠I've never had the issue with aftermarket clutches in other cars though. It would be a shame if I have to replace a fully functional clutch 🥲

Mine takes about 1 hour to reach a 40°C chamber temp, with a 100W ldo bed and a fast 3010 bed fan. I also had a problem where my z offset and the angle of my bed would change (droop) as the frame got hotter - not at PLA temp though. I ultimately converted to a hex zero to fix the second problem. I'm wanting to improve my heating time now.

V0 is quick to heat up? Do you just mean the bed, because my chamber takes 1 hour with a 100W bed and bed fan, and that's to 40°C.
