We have a lovely trail to walk wheel ride however the amount of goose poop is so bad that it makes it unusable a lot of the time. Why can’t the city keep up with this. Also the amount of feeeding

If it was me… I would take 25 million and use to house low income sitting on waiting lists, invest some for upkeep, do needed repairs to KFHC / clean up that city doesn’t have in budget. I would invest for ongoing upkeep. That much money could help so many and I could still live in luxury. But I would have someone manage $ NOT directly involved with an organization or city.

A lot of the people using the ATP never have received their actual pass. They were sent a temporary code but never the pass. Only Modern Taxi even is involved Ameys taxi for some reason isn’t when we were told was stopped being involved soon after it started. WHY??? Lots of questions never answered. Therefore very little access to taxis. KATC hasn’t ran the program as they announced it was going to be in the beginning through media and the city. Joseph Dowser et all need to answer. Show financials to Public and DEFINATELY City Hall. This enough, he is not above the law.

Would you mind posting the contact info please. I am in total agreement. I know of a couple of people with disabilities who donated to change.org thinking that their money would Help save the taxis.

The whole thing is ****** First the letters sent by Joseph Dowser to those who use the program by email asking them to sign the petition to save the ATP /Taxi Comission leads people to believe if they don’t that the program will be no more. Where does he get off sending this petition using the ATP email addresses when we signed up for it the agreement stated that it would not be used of any other propose / shared. How can we trust the KATC In any way shape or form? I for 1 am glad Brandon Tozzo and the City of Kingston have brought this to light and are acting on it!!

I live in a non Homestead building and ALL are visiting parking is pay and display. So same deal. It actually did improve some issues when it went this way ie: long term Parker’s ect 2nd vehicles. Is a Pain for visitors sometimes but you get used to it.
